CordiHunk features contemporary menswear crafted in relaxed, everyday silhouettes, while CordiChic offers stylish womenswear designed for comfort, confidence, and urban ease. Together, these annual editions celebrate modern wearability grounded in heritage, proving that indigenous identity thrives not only on the runway but in the rhythm of daily life.

NYUTRAL: LANGIT, LUMOT, LUPA
“NYUTRAL: Langit, Lumot, Lupa,” a signature collection by M.A. Woven Designs, is a study of balance—an exploration of nature’s quiet palette through the artistry of indigenous textiles. Released during Habing Katutubo 2024, the collection features striking black-and-white Inabel combinations for teen wear, paired with earthy tones that echo soil, moss, and sky. Together, these elements create a harmonious narrative of land and life, grounding contemporary silhouettes in the colors and textures of the natural world. “NYUTRAL” celebrates simplicity as elegance, reminding us that nature’s hues remain the deepest and most enduring form of cultural inspiration.

GENGHIS NEXT
“CORDI STREET: Genghis Next,” released by M.A. Woven Designs during Ivy Fashion Ball 6 in Kuala Lumpur, is a bold reinvention of Mongolian contemporary fashion through the lens of Cordilleran tapestry. The collection combines the commanding silhouettes and nomadic spirit of Mongolian style with the geometric depth and texture of indigenous weaves, creating street-ready pieces that are powerful, modern, and culturally charged. “Genghis Next” celebrates mobility, strength, and identity—proving that Cordilleran artistry can stand fierce and forward-looking on any global runway.

CORDI-ACCENTS
The Cordi Accents Collection was conceptualized by M.A. Woven Designs to make the beauty of indigenous handwoven textiles more accessible, recognizing that full handwoven garments can be costly. This collection features versatile vest bibs, toppers, obi belts, and asymmetric vests—mostly unisex pieces designed to fit a wide range of sizes and preferences. By integrating carefully placed Cordilleran weaving accents into everyday tops suited for street, casual, and even formal wear, Cordi Accents allows more people to embrace indigenous textiles in a practical, stylish, and budget-friendly way.

ASIAN-MIXED: CORDI-JAP & CORDI-HANBOK
“ASIAN-MIXED: Cordi-Jap & Cordi-Hanbok,” released by M.A. Woven Designs during the Ivy Fashion Ball 2023, is a cross-cultural exploration of Asian aesthetics reimagined through Cordilleran weaving. Cordi-Jap draws inspiration from Japanese traditional and contemporary fashion, blending clean lines and disciplined silhouettes with indigenous textile accents. Cordi-Hanbok, on the other hand, reinterprets the graceful forms and layered elegance of Korean dress, enriched with the geometry and texture of Cordilleran weaves. Together, these pieces form a harmonious dialogue of culture, craftsmanship, and identity—uniting Asian inspiration with the artistry of the highlands.

LUMOT OTENTIK
“LUMOT OTENTIK,” a signature collection by M.A. Woven Designs, features an exclusively developed olive-drab Inabel created in close collaboration with master weavers—a deliberate homage to the camo-green associated with men and women in uniform. This collection transforms a familiar shade of strength into a cultural textile, blending discipline and subtlety through indigenous craftsmanship. “LUMOT OTENTIK” becomes a dialogue between service and tradition, honoring both the commitment of the uniform and the artistry of the loom, crafted authentically for contemporary wear.
