Lonogan, City Director of BCPO, successfully conducted the Culmination Program of the 27th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month 2022.
The activity was held at the Doña Aurora Elementary School Covered Court in Aurora Hill, Baguio City, and served as a capstone to a month-long series of community-centered initiatives aimed at strengthening trust, cooperation, and shared responsibility between the police and the public.

Guest of Honor and Message of Unity
The Guest of Honor and Speaker was Mrs. Soledad Go, who emphasized the importance of a strong and sustained relationship between the police and the community in achieving a safer environment—one that is conducive to living, studying, working, and doing business.
During the program, representatives from various partner organizations shared positive feedback on the Police Community Relations initiatives implemented by the Aurora Hill Police Station, particularly those focused on strengthening police–community engagement and mutual trust.
Balik Eskwela and Community Support
A key highlight of the culmination activity was the distribution of school supplies, school bags, and blankets to 40 indigent students from different barangays of Aurora Hill—formally implementing the Balik Eskwela support component of the station’s community programs.
In addition, members of the SAGPTD donated one twelve-channel mixer and a high-end speaker with microphone, intended for the establishment of the “Ugnayang Pulisya at Komunidad” Media Corner, further enhancing the station’s capacity for information dissemination and community engagement.
A Shared Commitment to Service
The 27th PCR Month Culmination Activity reaffirmed the Philippine National Police’s commitment to community-oriented policing—where enforcement is balanced with education, culture, and compassion. Through strong partnerships, meaningful outreach, and responsive leadership, the Aurora Hill Police Station demonstrated that public safety is best achieved when the police and the community move forward together.
